12 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner and <br />seconded by Commissioner for the adoption of <br />the following resolution, and upon being put to a vote was duly <br />adopted: <br />WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of Commissioners has <br />requested the Department of Transportation to perform the <br />following highway related work for Orange County on a cost <br />reimbursement basis in accordance with Sections 2E.0501 and <br />2E.0502 of Title 19A of the North Carolina Administrative Code: <br />Description of Work: Construct Gemena Road and Habitat Circle in <br />the Chestnut Oaks Habitat for Humanity Housing Project Orange <br />County. The roads will be constructed to minimum NCDOT <br />subdivision standards.
