ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS (Continued): <br />FLOOD PLAIN CONDITION: No funds can be obligated, expenses incurred, or funds spent on any <br />activity in project HD -1 Chestnut Oaks except. administration until the County of Orange <br />provides DCA with a certification that the project area is not in a flood plain; or with <br />certification that the County of Orange participates in the flood insurance program, all <br />properties assisted in the project will be covered for flood insurance prior to beginning <br />construction on the property, and all public facilities will be constructed to comply with <br />applicable flood plain regulations; and until DCA has approved the certification. <br />
