RENEWAL OF LEASES - TENANTS AT NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN HUMAN <br />SERVICES <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the lease <br />renewals for Wake Opportunities, JOCCA, and Community School for People <br />Under Six through June 30, 1992. <br />J. AGREEMENT BETWEEN ORANGE COUNTY AND NORTHERN BLUE LITTLE <br />ROOKS THIBAUT AND ANDERSON ATTORNEYS AT LAW CHAPEL HILL <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign an <br />Agreement between Orange County and Northern, Blue, Little, Rooks, <br />Thibaut and Anderson for legal services as required in the areas of <br />Child and Adult Protective Services, Adoptions, and Adult Guardianships. <br />R. EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM CONTRACT <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the <br />Employee Assistance Program contract with Human Affairs International <br />for the period July 1, 1991 through June 30, 1992 at a cost equal to the <br />number of persons on Employer's payroll times one dollar and sixty-five <br />cents ($1.65) per month. <br />L. AGREEMENT BETWEEN ORANGE COUNTY AND MC HOSPITALS FOR <br />MEDICAID CASEWORKERS <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign an <br />agreement between Orange County Department of Social Services and UNC <br />Hospitals (UNCH) for two hospital based Medicaid Intake Caseworkers. <br />UNCH reimburses Orange County 100% of the County's share of the salaries <br />and benefits involved in maintaining these workers at the hospital, and <br />10% of the salary and benefits of a full -time supervisor. <br />M. AGREEMENT BETWEEN ORANGE COUNTY AND THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH <br />CAROLINA HOSPITALS FOR SOCIAL WORKER I <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign an <br />agreement between Orange County and the University of North Carolina <br />Hospitals for a Social Worker I to provide certification and counseling <br />services eight (8) hours per week at the Obstetrics and Gynecology <br />Clinic. <br />N.
