Natural resources would be protected <br />through voluntary conservation and environmentally - <br />sensitive design. <br />AVERAGE LOT* SIZE: 1.84 ACRES <br />REQUIRED OPEN SPACE * *: 0% <br />OPTION B <br />Option B allows for five -acre lot single- family <br />residential subdivisions, to be treated as Minor <br />Subdivisions with an expedited review process, the <br />option of private roads, and lower fees as incentives. <br />Resources would be protected through voluntary <br />conservation and environmentally - sensitive design. <br />AVERAGE LOT* SIZE: 4.59 ACRES <br />REQUIRED OPEN SPACE * *: 0% <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The maximum tract size for <br />development with the Option B incentive package is 200 <br />acres. Option B developments of greater than 200 acres <br />in size would be permitted in accordance with the <br />provisions of "major subdivisions ". <br />OPTION C <br />Option C allows for a clustered 1 -acre lot single- family <br />development where 40% of the tract is left in open space <br />(either agricultural or natural). <br />AVERAGE LOT* SIZE: <br />REQUIRED OPEN SPACE * *: <br />OPTION D <br />0.92 ACRES <br />40% OF TRACT <br />Option D allows for a planned residential development <br />with a density of 0.72 (72 units per 100 acres) where <br />two - thirds, or 67 %, of the tract is left in open space <br />(either agricultural or natural). <br />
