The revisions to Phase II are designed to meet these requirements. <br />In summary, Piney Mountain was created to serve as a model for quality development in Orange <br />County. Our insistence on quality includes proper installation of our septic system. The Phase <br />II revision represents additional conservatism being built into the system.
