Such documents may include, but <br />not be limited to, a private road maintenance agreement, and articles of incorporation and restrictive <br />covenants pertaining to a homeowner's association. These documents may be required as necessary as <br />evidence that the ordinance requirements are being met. <br />I, the applicant, hereby certify that the foregoing application is complete and accurate.
