Restrictive Covenants and Homeowners <br />Association documents recorded with Phase One also <br />apply to Phase Two including the proposed amendment. <br />The Planning Board recommended approval of the amended <br />Preliminary Plan for Phase Two of Piney Mountain on <br />May 20, 1991. The Planning Board directed Staff to <br />determine whether the monitoring well(s) are <br />approved by the NC Division of Environmental <br />Management or the Orange County Health Department. <br />Since DEM is the agency which issues the permit for a <br />monitoring well, the Resolution Approval was revised <br />accordingly. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br />amendment to the Preliminary Plat of Phase Two of <br />Piney Mountain Subdivision subject to the conditions <br />contained in the attached Resolution of Approval. <br />
