Saxon has served Orange County's <br />Commission for Women in an exemplary manner by <br />serving as Chair of the Commission and chairing <br />numerous committees; and, <br />WHEREAS, Miriam S. Saxon.has given freely and generously of <br />her time, talents and energy.
