A farm unit at or above 100 acres in size has been assigned <br />a value of 10 points, with values decreasing as the size of the <br />farm unit decreases. Another reason for awarding points on this <br />basis is that approximately half of all farms are larger or smaller <br />than 100 acres in size, a feature which may be indicative of the <br />most feasible farm size. <br />
