ti <br />Attorneys are not to be.reimbursed for any extraordinary expense <br />incident to performing the services included under this <br />agreement; except, that County agrees to pay all court costs and <br />filing fees which are required to be paid in conjunction with <br />services provided by the Attorneys under this agreement. <br />.6. Attorneys further agree to attend at least one regional <br />training session on Child Support Enforcement per year conducted <br />by the State Child Support Enforcement Agency. Reimbursement <br />F <br />shall be made based upon the hourly rate but not to exceed a <br />w <br />o maximum of $200.00 for the full two --day session or $100 for each <br />day attended or such amount as set by the State Child Support <br />Enforcement Agency. With the prior approval of the Orange County <br />x <br />Child Support Enforcement Director, Attorneys may attend training <br />functions other than those conducted by the State Child Support <br />Enforcement Agency. If attendance is approved, Attorneys shall <br />0 <br />be reimbursed for travel and per diem at the prevailing Orange <br />w <br />N County rate. Attorneys shall not be reimbursed at the hourly <br />a <br />0 <br />rate for attendance at any such non -State Child Support <br />w <br />CC <br />Q Enforcement Agency training function. <br />uIN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, said parties have executed this <br />Contract in triplicate originals, one of which is to be retained <br />by County, one of which is to be retained by Attorneys, and one <br />of which is to be filed with the Child Support Enforcement <br />Section, Division of Social Services of the Department of Human <br />Resources, Raleigh, North Carolina. <br />K3 <br />
