New Hope Corridor Open Space Master Plan <br />Hamilton noted that one of the issues that <br />will be emphasized in the report is that it <br />is more appropriate for the wildlife <br />corridors to be in private ownership. <br />C. She noted that he <br />felt there could be an equity issue because <br />of the way maintenance responsibilities of <br />private roads is distributed. She indicated <br />that the Planning Department may change its <br />recommendation to require that larege day <br />care homes be on public roads rather than <br />private roads. If the applicant desired a <br />private rather than public road, there would <br />be the option for the public hearing process. <br />d.
