Based upon this review, the <br />preliminary plan is approved subject to the following: <br />1. R/W along SR 1113 shall be cleared to meet the 550' sight <br />distance requirement. <br />2. Driveway permit will be required. <br />3. Any previously recorded plat shall be submitted to DOT for <br />review and approval.
