Where a private road is proposed a written statement by the applicant or his /her authorized representative <br />which sets forth the justification for a private road (see Section IV- 6 -3 -d -1 of the orange County <br />Subdivision Regulations). <br />:. Auxiliary documents, in draft form, prepared in accordance with Section VI of this Ordinance which assure <br />completion and /or maintenance of improvements required by this Ordinance. Such documents may inclube, but <br />not be limited to, a private road maintenance agreement, and articles of incorporation and restrictive <br />- covenants pertaining to a homeowner's association. These documents may be required as necessary as <br />evidence that the ordinance requirements are being met. <br />I, the applicant, hereby certify that the foregoing application is complete and accurate. I understand that a <br />5105.00 fee (subdivisions of 1 -5 lots), 5210.0D fee (subdivisions of 6-9 lots), 5315.00 fee (subdivisions of 10-25 <br />Lots) Or a $420.00 fee (subdivisions of 26 lots or more) is due at the time of application.
