Tryon St. <br />Hillsborough, N.C. 27278 <br />RE: REQUEST FOR AGENCY REVIEW 91/04/17 — V Ew BLACKw00D REZONING <br />Today I reviewed the .65 acre parcel owned by Everett Blackwood as <br />shown on a plat dated 4/15/91 and submitted by Dale Faulkner. While <br />there were no corner pins located, the boundaries of the tract were <br />flagged on the property. The .65 acre tract does include an area <br />of soils provisionally suitable for the installation of a ground <br />absorption sewage treatment and disposal system. Improvement permit <br />issuance would be pending final survey, proposed waste flow of the <br />facility to be built, and no disturbance of the approved area. Also, <br />the 2 acre tract has been evaluated and found to be unsuitable for <br />an onsite sewage treatment and disposal system.
