Bingham <br />Township of <br />the County. <br />Chestnut Oaks is a cluster subdivision containing 34 one acre lots served by <br />public roads, <br />individual septic tanks and community wells, with 31.42 acres in <br />open space. <br />Upon completion, <br />the subdivision will provide homeownership opportunities to 34 low income families.
