For Orange County the PIC approved Pre - <br />Employment Skills Training /Dropout Prevention, <br />Institutionalized Offenders Project, and the Summer Youth <br />Program. The OJT program was replaced by the Individual <br />Referral /OJT program. <br />County PIC Members will be present to comment and answer <br />questions. <br />RECOMNENDATION(S): Receive as information. <br />
