6. Not withstanding anything herein to the contrary, the <br />parties, hereto acknowledge the due execution of the <br />Community Development Grant Agreement between the County <br />and ECD and agree that any conflict between the <br />provisions, requirements, duties or obligations of this <br />agreement and the Community Development Grant Agreement <br />shall be resolved in favor of the community Development <br />Grant Agreement_ <br />7. If at the end of the approved project period ECD <br />determines that the Habitat has failed to construct the <br />subject houses, then Habitat shall secure the loan <br />described in Exhibit C to obtain the capital necessary <br />for completion of the house construction and Complete <br />the house construction with the borrowed funds as <br />specified in Exhibit C. <br />8. Upon completion of the obligation of each party <br />under this Agreement, and the receipt of a Certificate <br />of Completion from ECD; the County shall notify Habitat <br />in writing that all requirements have been fulfilled <br />thereby releasing Habitat from its obligations herein <br />stated. <br />9.
