This was the first site <br />leased by the County in an effort to consolidate sites. <br />The mite, which is very accessible, is centrally located <br />North of Hillsborough. The site has 30 six yard containers <br />for waste disposal as well as recycling containers for <br />newsprint, glass, aluminum and plastics. The Highway 57 <br />Site is the most used of all Solid Waste Collection Centers <br />in Orange County. <br />The initial lease period was April 1, 1986 - March 31, 1991 <br />at the rate of $50.00 per month. The size of the site is <br />one acre. We are proposing renewing the lease for a period <br />of 5 years effective April 1, "1991 - March 31, 1996 at a <br />rate of :100.00 per month. <br />RECOMMENDATION: To approve lease renewal. <br />
