3 <br />r <br />3. The University shall provide all personnel to conduct the clinical <br />trial. <br />4. The Health Department shall provide access to a <br />telephone and a desk for the study coordinator. <br />5. The Health Department shall permit the University to use <br />the sterilization area for the, sterilization and <br />disinfection of instruments used during the study days. <br />6. While The University personnel conducting the clinical <br />trial are at The Health Department, their professional <br />liability insurance coverage will be provided by the <br />insurance carrier used by The University of North <br />Carolina School of Dentistry. <br />7. This agreement shall run for a period of one (1) year, from February 1, <br />1991 to January 31, 1992- <br />8. This agreement or its renewals may be terminated at any time without <br />penalty by either party provided that written notice of such termination is <br />furnished to the other party at least sixty (60) days prior to termination. In <br />the event of such termination, any payments due shall be paid to The Health <br />Department within sixty (60) days of termination of this agreement. <br />g. The Health Department hereby agrees with The University that, in its <br />educational and /or employment practices, the Health Department will comply with <br />such non - discrimination laws as may be applicable to it in the performance of <br />this contract. <br />10. The laws of North Carolina shall govern the validity and interpretation of <br />the provisions, terms and conditions of the agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed this agreement in <br />
