Amendments to the Orange County 6 <br />Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance <br />Notes: The underlined text will be added to the Ordinances and the crossed - through text deleted. <br />Most of these amendments are required by the North Carolina Sedimentation Control <br />Commission for the Ordinance to comply with the State's Model Ordinance. Other <br />amendments not required by the State are noted in the commentary as being proposed by <br />the staff. <br />All Sections of the Ordinance <br />The subheadings underlined and in this font shown in the following amendments will be added and others, <br />not shown in this document, will be added throughout the Ordinances to improve readability.
