One of the conditions is that the <br />local ordinance conform to the Commissions Model <br />Ordinance. The Model Ordinance was revised by the <br />Commission in 1990. <br />The majority of the proposed amendments are for <br />updating the County's Ordinance to conform with <br />the Model. Additional amendments are proposed by <br />staff and are noted as such in the commentary. <br />Amendments will also be made to the Chapel Hill <br />Erosion Control Ordinance which is administered <br />by the County staff. <br />There were no comments on the amendments at the <br />public hearing. The Planning Board approved the <br />amendments without comment. <br />The County Attorney recommends adoption of <br />alternative wording for Section 26. The suggested <br />wording and explanation is included in the second <br />paragraph of the commentary on page 11 of the <br />
