6. Following the schematic design process, the <br />Architect will work with County Departments to prepare <br />design development drawings. The Planning Committee and <br />County staff will review and comment. The Architect will <br />incorporate comments and make revisions as needed. <br />7. The Architect will present design drawings to the <br />Commissioners and the public at a public meeting. The <br />Architect will receive Commissioner and public comment. <br />Commissioners may direct revisions as they see fit. <br />8. Interwoven throughout these steps at various stages <br />of the project, the Architect will submit the appropriate <br />documents to the Town of Chapel Hill and /or the County's <br />Planning Department. Following conversations with the Chapel <br />Hill Planning Director, it appears that the regulatory <br />process will take about six months. <br />
