Tryon Street Hillsborough, N.C. 27278 <br />(919) 732 -8181 Ext. 2490 <br />TO ALL INTERESTED AGENCIES, GROUPS AND PERSONS: <br />On or about June 17, 1991 the County of Orange will request <br />the North Carolina Department of Economic and Community <br />Development to release Federal funds under Title I of the <br />Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (PL 93 -383) for <br />the following project: <br />PROJECT TITLE <br />Culbreth Park Housing Development Program <br />PURPOSE OF NATURE OF PROJECT <br />Construction of a 34 unit single family subdivision <br />which will provide approximately 34 homes for prospective <br />low /moderate income homebuyers. CDBG funds will be used for <br />road construction including paving of the roads serving the <br />subdivision. <br />LOCATION OF PROJECT <br />Bingham Township, Orange County, North Carolina <br />CENSUS TRACT <br />Tract 107 <br />53 <br />
