Impact of Project on Environmental Review Issue <br />X (1) Project will have no significant <br />effect upon existing conditions; OR <br />(2) Project will have significantly <br />adverse effect upon existing conditions.. <br />B. If <br />(2) is checked as the response to either A or B, provide a <br />brief explanation below or attach a letter documenting areas <br />of concern. <br />COMMENTS: From the information given, it appears to be fairly good <br />soil conditions. The Herndon soil has only moderate <br />limitations for building and septic tank facilities. It also <br />appears that the stream area will be left natural.
