Also, <br />to designate the Week of May 12 through 19th as Senior <br />Center Week, a time to recognize our local senior centers as <br />focal points for providing opportunties and services to our <br />older citizens. <br />BACKGROUND: For a number of years, Orange County Commissioners have <br />issued an Older Americans Month proclamation as well as <br />recognizing Senior Center Week. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve proclamations and authorize Chair to sign. <br />
