This <br />Resolution strongly encourages all parties involved in the <br />Alexander vs Flaherty court order to renegotiate and modify the most <br />recent consent order in an effort to enhance humane, efficient, and <br />timely service in public assistance programs. <br />RECOM ENDATION(S): <br />Authorize the Chair to sign Resolution for submission to the <br />N.C. Association of County Commissioners, N.C. Department of <br />Human Resources, N.C. Legal Services Resource Center, and the N.C. <br />Association of Social Services Board members. <br />
