18 <br />17.Provide services within ability to pay. <br />ongoing Adolescent health services are available for sliding scale <br />payment or free through Orange - Chatham Comprehensive <br />.Health services or the County Health Department's new <br />adolescent clinic. Planned Parenthood also offers <br />services on a sliding scale basis. <br />18.Network private schools into broader community -based <br />services. <br />19.Develop "umbrella" agencies to provide comprehensive <br />children's services. <br />20.Provide evening and weekend services. <br />ongoing The County Health Department, in collaboration with the <br />UNC Department of Pediatrics and the Adolescents -In -Need <br />Program, has opened an adolescent clinic in Hillsborough <br />one afternoon a week including after - school hours. <br />ongoing Planned Parenthood has expanded its clinic hours to <br />include two evenings a week.
