Administrative Approval of Expired Subdivision Plats <br />Under the proposal, Section III -D -2 -f would be added to allow <br />the Planning Director to re- approve an expired subdivision <br />plat, provided the design and conditions of approval were in <br />compliance with zoning and subdivision regulations existing at <br />
