4 <br />the time of the request. The subdivision would still be <br />subject to agency review, and the request for re- approval must <br />be made within one year of the expiration of the plat. Section <br />III -D -2 -g would be amended to permit only one such re- <br />approval. Subsequent requests for re- approval must be <br />presented to the Board of Commissioners for consideration. <br />All interested citizens are invited to attend this hearing and <br />be heard. Public comment will be received during the public <br />hearing.
