2 +' <br />Approval of the notice will permit advertisement on <br />May 15 and 22, 1991 as required the N.C. General <br />Statutes. The proposed Zoning Atlas amendments will <br />require notification of individual property owners. <br />The notice must be mailed on or before May 13, <br />1991. <br />The Planning Board considered the proposed <br />ordinance text amendments at its April 22, 1991 <br />meeting and recommended that they be presented at <br />the May 28, 1991 public hearing for citizen <br />comment. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br />Notice of Public Hearing for May 28, 1991. <br />
