This case is <br />presented for the Board's consideration to make <br />demands for payments of civil penalties. <br />One violation (Swanson) appears to be nearing <br />correction. A third extension in postponing <br />demanding payment will be requested. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: The Administration recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners take the following <br />actions. <br />1. Make demand for payment of civil penalties <br />in the following case. <br />176 Thomas W. Underwood <br />2.
