LEE <br />STATE PERSONNEL DIRECTOR <br />We have completed our review of Orange County's classification and <br />compensation system which will apply to all employees of the County, including <br />those covered by the State Personnel Act. We find It equivalent to the State <br />system which would otherwise apply. <br />We are placing your request for a substantially equivalent exemption for <br />this personnel system portion on the June 6, 1991 State Personnel Commission <br />agenda.
