Trevarthen, Senior Planner <br />DATE: October 28, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: Carrboro's Resolution Concerning the Rural Buffer <br />Amendments <br />Enclosed is an "official" copy of the resolution adopted by <br />the Carrboro Board of Aldermen on October 23, 1990, endorsing the <br />Conceptual Guidelines for the Rural Buffer and adopting the <br />proposed amendments to the Joint Planning Agreement and Joint <br />Planning Area Land Use Plan. The Board adopted the October 16, <br />1990 version of the JPA and JPALUP amendments. <br />I have sent Chapel Hill a copy of the resolution as well. <br />Also, Alderman Bryan will wait to hear from you concerning the <br />meeting schedule for the Rural Character Study Committee.
