OVrR%77EW OF Pace 90 Water-and wSewer Extension Policy <br />(This section has been rewritten to restate the areas within <br />which "current Orange County policy" would permit physical <br />water and sewer extensions (Transition Areas and /or a <br />public health hazard). A new paragraph has been added to <br />recognize the potential for a different type of "public <br />sewer" in certain locations of the buffer - that of publicly <br />designed, installed, maintained and monitored alternative <br />systems.
