The average lot <br />size in this category varies depending on the amount of open <br />space provided, but shall not exceed a density of 0.84 <br />lots /units per acre. This category is identical to the Rural <br />Buffer category contained in the current Land Use Element of <br />the Orange_County Comprehensive Plan.
