This alternative is a subset of Alternative
2, and as such was approved by the Carrboro Board of Aldermen on
October 23, 1990. The Joint Planning Agreement may, however,
require a new reading of this partial adoption of the strategies.
If Carrboro agrees to this alternative, the Joint Work Group
proposal would be implemented. The need for a specific charge to
such a work group, and a specific time limit would seem appropriate
if this alternative is_ adopted.
"PROS" OF ADOPTING ALTERNATIVE 3
"CONS" OF ADOPTING ALTERNATIVE 3
i"o ... . : ". ------
.- . #: a Ott ba
