Among these recommendations were a <br />number of proposed text amendments to the <br />Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan and Joint <br />Planning Agreement. These text amendments are <br />referenced as LUP -4 -90. <br />Following the public hearing, the amendments <br />were referred to the Planning Boards and <br />elected bodies of the'Towns of Carrboro and <br />Chapel Hill. Concerns on the part of the <br />Chapel Hill Town Council led the Committee to <br />create an addendum to the original August 30 <br />package. <br />(For reasons of length, the actions of the <br />elected and advisory boards in Chapel Hill and <br />Carrboro are included as an attachment). <br />The September 20 version of LUP -4 -90 was <br />W <br />
