By June 30, 1992, 100 % of the staff hired with HIV /STD Control <br />Branch, FY 91 -92 AIDS aid -to- count- funds for HIV antibody counseling <br />and. testing will have received training provided by the HIV /STD Control <br />Branch or by others trained by the Branch. (Statewide objective = <br />95 b) <br />2. June 30, 1992, 100 % of persons receiving confidential HIV antibody <br />testing will have signed an informed consent form. <br />3. June 30, 1992, 95 % of the HIV serology forms designated by the <br />Division of Epider:.-ology will have all items answered completely and <br />accurately. (Statewide objective = 95 %) <br />4. By June 30, 1992, the initial return rate for post -test counseling for <br />persons receiving confidential HIV antibody testing will be 50 %. <br />(Statewide objective = 50 %) In health departments offering anonymous <br />testing, the return rate for post -test counseling for persons receiving <br />anonymous HIV antibody testing will be 80 %. (Statewide objective <br />80 %) <br />5. By June 30, 1992, 100% of all patients testing positive on the HIV <br />antibody test will be referred to the HIV /STD Control Branch HIV <br />counselor. <br />6. By June 30, 1992, 90 % of patients seen in Family Planning, Maternity, <br />and TB clinics will receive basic information about HIV. (Statewide <br />objective = 85 %) <br />7. By June 30, 1992, 95 % of patients seen in family planning and TB <br />clinics who receive basic information about HIV and whose behaviors <br />place them at risk for HIV will be offered HIV counseling and testing. <br />(Statewide objective = 95 %) <br />8. By June 30, 1992, confidential HIV counseling and testing will be <br />recommended to 95 % of all patients seen in STD clinic. (Statewide <br />objective = <br />9. By June 30, 1992, 90 % of the staff involved in HIV education <br />activities.will have received specific training on HIV information and <br />education issues. (Statewide objective = 90 %) <br />
