r <br />RAFMOL 11"UV OFARPRFCI.4 "0W <br />ZOO" <br />CHRIS.BT~ <br />WHEREAS, Chris Best actively served on the Orange County <br />Planning Board from March 6, 19$5 to February 1, <br />1991; and <br />WHEREAS, Chris improved the quality of decisions through <br />his leadership as Chair of the Transportation <br />Advisory Subcommittee and as a member of the <br />Ordinance Review Committee; and <br />WHEREAS. Chris gave of his skill and talent to benefit the <br />citizens of Little River Township as their <br />representative in judging the merits of potential land <br />development and transportation facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, Chris, through his hard work and dedication, earned <br />the respect and appreciation of government officials, <br />his peers, and the citizens of Orange County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County <br />Board of Commissioners expresses its sincere <br />appreciation and gratitude for Chris's many years of <br />service and contributions to Orange County. <br />ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1991 <br />Moses Carey, Cha A <br />Orange County Boarg of <br />Commissioners <br />
