This <br />time - -frame was recommended for two reasons. <br />Extension of the Final Plat <br />approval date to December 31, 1991 <br />would give the applicant an <br />opportunity to sell existing lots <br />during the 1991 selling season. <br />- Expiration of any security <br />agreement by April 4, 1991 would <br />meet the criterion of Section III - <br />D-2-e-7 of the Subdivision <br />Regulations which sets forth <br />conditions under which a phasing <br />plan may be amended. <br />on March 18, 1991, the Planning Board <br />recommended approval of the proposed phasing <br />plan. <br />On April 4, 1991, the applicant submitted a <br />Final Plat for 6 lots. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br />proposed phasing plan revision for Cornwallis <br />Hills. <br />
