9 <br />a <br />CHAPEL HILL HIGH SCHOOL PHASE I <br />CHAPEL SILL- CARRBORO CITY SCHOOLS <br />CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to <br />Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North <br />Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized is for the initial phase <br />of construction of classrooms and support areas <br />at Chapel Hill High School. The project will be <br />financed by bond proceeds. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to <br />proceed with the project within the budget <br />contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete <br />this project: <br />Bond Proceeds <br />Future Projects Reserve <br />$6,446,535 <br />$ 1,104 <br />Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this <br />project: <br />Chapel Hill High School <br />Project - Phase I <br />$6,447,639 <br />Section S. This ordinance supersedes all previous Chapel <br />Hill High School Phase I Capital Project <br />Ordinances. <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall be in effect from the date <br />of adoption until June 30, 1992. <br />Adopted this 16 day of April, 1991. <br />7 <br />
