The Board shall <br />complete its duties on or before the third Monday following <br />its first meeting unless, in its opinion, a longer period of <br />time is necessary or expedient to a proper execution of its <br />responsibilities. <br />A notice of the date, hours, place, and purpose of the first <br />meeting of the Board of Equalization and Review shall be <br />Published at least three times in some newspaper having <br />general circulation in the county, the first publication to <br />be at least 10 days prior to the first meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />1). The Board convene the first Monday in May (May 6, 1991), <br />a few minutes just before the County Commissiiones meeting, <br />for the purpose of taking the oaths and establishing a <br />schedule to hear appeals. <br />2) It is estimated that approximately two (2) hours will be <br />needed to hear requested appeals. Possibly, it would be <br />conveninet to meet two hours just prior to a scheduled <br />commissioners meeting, either the 3rd Tuesday in May (May <br />21st) or the 1st Monday in June (Jun 3rd). <br />
