93 <br />3 <br />RECOMMENDATION: If the Board of Commissioners wish to pursue a lease, <br />we understand from the leasing agent that the Board has until May 6 to <br />make their decision. Since the study calls for a minimum of 6,000 <br />square feet, the Manager recommends that the Board of Commissioners <br />commit to no more than 6,102 square feet, which is the closest to 6,000 <br />square feet that the Landlord will subdivide the space, unless another <br />source of funding commitment is identified prior to finalizing a lease <br />which would include the entire facility; or the Board may choose to <br />execute a lease for the full 9,040 square feet with the intent to <br />include future potential subleases. <br />
