The office of <br />the Clerk supports the Board of Commissioners in this work. <br />The Clerk's office serves the citizens directly sBanrd of <br />Administrative Service Department maintaining the <br />Commissioners office, serving the Board of Commissioners, <br />county personnel, and the citizens of Orange County. The <br />Clerk shall keep full and accurate minutes of the <br />proceedings of the Board of Commissioners, and an ordinance <br />Book, which shall be available for public inspection. <br />1989 -90 MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS <br />- Complete Boards and Commissions Brochure. <br />Complete indexing of minutes for 1976-1980. <br />Continue provision of services outlined in G.S. 153 -111. <br />
