We also plan to include organization <br />charts in the document. <br />In addition, we plan to make other changes based on comments and <br />concerns expressed by the Board. We plan to expand the highlights <br />section for each department to include discussion regarding mandated <br />programs. We would also include in this section a discussion regarding <br />revenues associated with each department. <br />BUDGET SCHEDULE <br />We would like to hold a special meeting of the Board to present my <br />recommended budget to you on May 3o, 1991. During the week of June 10 <br />through 14, we would like to hold work sessions on the recommended <br />budget. T am requesting that we set these dates now, in order to allow <br />adequate time for Board review. <br />
