la <br />The draft bill entitled AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE ORANGE <br />COUNTY TO ADOPT A HUMAN /CIVIL RIGHTS ORDINANCE has <br />been transmitted to Orange County's legislative <br />delegation with the Board's March 20, 1991 resolution <br />requesting its introduction and the support of our <br />legislators. (Also attached) <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Board should receive public comments on the draft <br />bill entitled AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE ORANGE COUNTY TO <br />ADOPT A HUMAN /CIVIL RIGHTS ORDINANCE and advise our <br />local legislative delegation of the public comments. <br />
