4 <br />gratitude to Allen Rosman for his efforts on behalf of the <br />people of Orange County. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be presented to Allen Rosman <br />with best wishes in the years to come. A copy of said <br />resolution be included in the minutes of this meeting of the <br />Orange County Board of Commissioners this the 1st day of <br />April, 1991. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br />Commissioner Gordon to adopt the Resolution of Appreciation for Emil <br />Chanlett as stated below: <br />WHEREAS, Emil Chanlett on October 1, 1979, was appointed by the <br />Orange County Board of Commissioners to the Board of Health, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Emil Chanlett has served for eleven years as a member of <br />the Orange County's Board of Health in an exemplary manner, <br />giving freely and unselfishly of his time, talents and <br />boundless energy for the improvement of the County's health <br />programs and facilities, and <br />WHEREAS, Through his efforts Emil Chanlett has earned the respect and <br />esteem of all government officials of Orange County, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners through its members Moses Carey, Jr., Alice <br />M. Gordon, Stephen H. Halkiotis, Verla C. Insko and Don <br />willhoit does hereby express its sincere appreciation and <br />gratitude to Emil Chanlett for his efforts on behalf of the <br />people of Orange County. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that his resolution be presented to Emil Chanlett <br />with best wishes in the years to come.
