RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION <br />FOR <br />EMIL CHANLETT <br />WHEREAS, Emil Chanlett on October 1, 1979 was appointed by the Orange County <br />Board of Commissioners to the Board of Health, and <br />WHEREAS, Emil Chanlett has served for eleven years as a member of the Orange <br />County's Board of Health in an exerftplary manner, giving freely and <br />unselfishly of his time, talents and boundless energy for the <br />improvement of the County's health programs and facilities, and <br />WHEREAS, Through his efforts Emil Chanlett has earned the respect and esteem of <br />all the government officials and citizens of Orange County, and <br />:SOW, 'THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County Board of Commissioners <br />through its members doses Carey, Jr,, Alice M. Gordon, Stephen H. <br />Halkiotis, Verla C. Insko and Don Willhoit does hereby express its <br />sincere appreciation and gratitude to Emil Chanlett for his efforts on <br />behalf of the people of Orange County. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be presented to Emil Chanlett with <br />best wishes in the years to come.
