RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION <br />FOR <br />ALLEN ROSMAN <br />WHEREAS, Allen Ro:r:an on April 19, 195, was appointed by the Orange County <br />Board of Coy =issioners to the 1,oa d of Health, and <br />I�HEREAS, Allen Ro :'-,an has served approxi�- _ately three years as a member of the <br />Orange County's Board of Health in as exemplary manner. :.,iving freely <br />and unselfishly of his time, talents and boundless energy fox- the <br />improvement of the County's health programs and facilities, and <br />WHEREAS, Through his efforts Allen Rosman has earned the respect and esteem of <br />all the government official- and citizens of Urange County, and <br />WHEREAS, Allen Rosman is now residing outside of Orange County, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County Board of Commissioners <br />through its members `loses Carey, Jr., Alice M. Gordon, Stephen H. <br />Halkiotis, Verla C. Insko and Don Willhoit does hereby express its <br />sincere appreciation and gratitude to Allen Rosman for his efforts on <br />behalf of the people of Orange County, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be presented to Allen Rosman with <br />best wishes in the years to come.
