Of those six and one -half years, she served two <br />years as Chair to the Board. Emil Chanlett has served as member of <br />the Board of Health for eleven years. Allen Rosman has served as <br />member of the Board of Health for approximately three years and was <br />elected as Chair to the Board at the December, 1990, meeting. These <br />three members have given endless time and energy to better serve the <br />citizens of Orange County and the Orange County Health Department. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Adopt the resolutions and present them to the recipients at <br />the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners. <br />
